KEYMACRO helps you find and execute programs that were placed in a registry key.
Specially designed to let Windows 7 and Windows Vista see programs that were placed there by the ‘Use Registry’ option in the right click menu.
Note: This does not require that the user has Administrator permission
The KEYMACRO GUI window consists of two parts:
– The left part lets the user see and select the programs he wants to execute.
– The right part shows which registry key they’re stored in.
– Programs are stored in registry key Windows
Programs can be loaded from a registry key into the KEYMACRO search index.
That index can be used to retrieve and execute them.
This can be done by double clicking on a registry key, or by using a system wide hotkey.
When choosing to execute a program, the PATH is found in the registry.
If no PATH is found, the PATH is used to execute the program.
It is usually the only way to access programs on a network drive.
